Product Project Manager- (Product Management & Sustainability Team)

Fineco Asset Management DAC (Fineco AM) is a Dublin-based asset management company, a subsidiary of FinecoBank S.p.A. Fineco AM focuses on fund-of-funds, single strategy funds, and Structured Solutions Funds, with key supporting functions performed locally.

For the role of Project Manager, we are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced professional to work as part of a dynamic and diverse team and support the delivery of a wide range of projects related to pre/post-launch product and service management. The successful candidate will be organized, proactive and capable of working on their own initiative as well as in a team to assist with the delivery of project milestones in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Assist with successful and effective end-to-end delivery of product management related projects and day-to-day tasks spanning from approval of the original idea to launch phase and post-authorisation fund amendments.

Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines.

Work and communicate effectively with senior management and team members, providing relevant summary updates and escalations as appropriate.

Manage reporting requirements, project plans, project status reports, RAID logs, management updates and other reports as required.

Build strong internal relationships and interact proactively with key stakeholders to gather information, resolve issues, and provide analysis to inform project deliverables.

Develop a comprehensive understanding of product management policies, processes, and procedures and utilise this knowledge on projects and day-to-day tasks.

Assist with product-related presentations to Senior Management (e.g. new product ideas, product pipeline, reporting sales figures, market trends, etc.).

Assist with product documentation coordination (e.g. Fund supplement, prospectus, KIID/KID, etc.) with internal and external stakeholders (providers, distributor, depositary/administrator, paying agent, etc.).

Assist with product management governance, scheduling and facilitating Product Committee and Sustainable Finance Committee meetings, including preparation of agendas and minutes documentation.

Assist with coordination of UCITS, MiFID-related and Solvency II reporting requirements that may require project coordination among various departments.

Requirements

Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent English speaker. Knowledge of Italian would be desirable but not mandatory.

MS Office: Excellent MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.

Analytical skills: Focused approach to the review, assessment and interpretation of data and the ability to communicate summary information to senior management.

Teamwork: Ability to work as part of a team on multiple projects concurrently.

Organisation: Scheduling and facilitating meetings, including agendas and minutes.

Attitude: Strong work ethic, proactive attitude to issue resolution, delivering excellence, and meeting deadlines.

Qualifications and Experience

Third level degree (Business/Finance desired, but other backgrounds/qualifications can be considered).

3 years proven work experience in financial services or working for an advisory firm advising financial service companies.

Minimum of 3+ years direct work experience in a project management capacity, including all lifecycle elements (initiation, planning, development, design/execution, closure).

Experience working on projects with clients in the Financial Services Sector (Asset Management/ Banking/ Insurance, etc.).

Comfortable working under pressure in a demanding environment and to tight deadlines.

Project Management qualification (PRINCE2 or PMP) would be desirable.

Familiarity with Morningstar and Fund Info platforms would be desirable.

Familiarity with UCITS and AIFMD/MiFID legislation would be desirable.
