Overview Junior Project Manager – Major Logistics Development (leading Irish development company)
Location: North Dublin

Responsibilities Support the delivery of a large-scale logistics development that also incorporates residential and commercial aspects.
Assist the senior project management team in planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction activities across multiple elements of the project.
Work closely with subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure progress aligns with programme, budget, and quality standards.
Contribute to project scheduling and reporting, helping identify and resolve issues that could impact delivery.
Gain experience in procurement and contract management processes, while gradually taking on more direct responsibility.
Help ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality protocols across the project.
Support stakeholder communication, providing regular updates and helping ensure client expectations are met.
Assist in project closeout activities, including documentation and handovers.

Familiarity with construction processes, contracts, and safety standards is beneficial.
Motivation to build a career in project management and develop leadership skills.
