About the role:? Were looking for a motivated and detail-focused graduate to join our HR team as a HR Systems Graduate. This role offers a great opportunity to build hands-on experience across HR operations, data management, and recruitment.? Youll support the HR and Talent Acquisition teams by maintaining accurate employee data, managing key HR systems, and ensuring smooth onboarding processes. From coordinating interviews and managing job postings to preparing reports and monitoring data quality, youll play an important part in keeping our HR function running efficiently.? This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills, an eye for detail, and an interest in how technology supports people processes. Youll gain valuable exposure to HR systems, data analytics, and recruitment, laying the foundation for a rewarding career in HR.? Key Responsibilities:? Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records across all HR systems.? Support monthly HR reporting by collecting, validating, and consolidating data from multiple sources.? Carry out HR system administration tasks such as user account setup, workflow updates, and system housekeeping.? Monitor data quality, identify anomalies, and flag inconsistencies for review.? Prepare and maintain key HR trackers, reports, and dashboards to support decision-making.? Process employee lifecycle transactions including new starters, leavers, promotions, compensation changes, staff movements, and line manager updates. Assist with position management reporting to ensure organisational data integrity.? Manage and optimise job postings across Indeed and other recruitment platforms.? Coordinate interviews, liaising with hiring managers, scheduling, booking meeting rooms, and managing communications.? Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring all recruitment data is accurate and current.? Manage system user access, including adding new hiring managers, removing leavers, and providing system training as needed.? Activate new hire profiles in the onboarding system, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.? Assist the HR Systems Lead in identifying process improvements and helping implement digital HR enhancements that increase efficiency and user experience. Ideal Candidate Profile:? The ideal candidate is organised, detail-oriented, and confident working with data and technology. They take a structured approach to their work, ensuring accuracy and consistency while managing multiple tasks and deadlines. Comfortable using Excel for data entry and analysis, they have a genuine interest in HR systems, technology, and people analytics. Ideally, theyll have some exposure to HR or data tools, an understanding of GDPR, and previous administrative or internship experience.?They will also have the chance to support a variety of HR and recruitment projects that arise during the placement, offering great exposure to different aspects of HR and the opportunity to broaden their experience.
