Service Orders Administrator
A bespoke interior and exterior design organisation is seeking a Service Orders Administrator to join their team based in Sandyford.
You will join a welcome and supportive team that work together to deliver to their clients.
For You:
€30-35k

21 days annual leave
Training provided
Responsibilities:
Purchase orders
Pricing and placing Suppliers orders (prioritising accordingly)
Populating Master Order Log and updating same with deliveries
Set up New Order acknowledgements spreadsheets
Reception cover lunchtime
Installation
Populate Installation Planner Countrywide
Provide Customer Service on post installation issues
Track and trace Items for installation
Installation sign off sheets
Requirements:
Previous experience in fast paced administration role with the ability to work to deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and highly organized work style
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and enjoys helping people
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel, experience with CRM systems and advantage
