A highly experienced Legal PA is required for a large Irish law firm. In this role you will provide 1:1 support to the Chairman of the firm who is also Head of a very busy department.

This exciting role will suit a confident professional who is used to working in a very fast-paced environment, prioritising a busy workload and with excellent discretion and sensitivity to confidential information.

This is a fully onsite role.
There is potential to commence interviews before Christmas with a view to this person starting in mid-late January.

Duties in this role will include:

- Providing executive level administrative support to the Chairman of the firm.
- Manage an exceptionally busy diary and meeting schedule, coordinating with Partners across the firm and key clients across multiple time-zones.
- Complex travel booking including detailed itineraries.
- Document preparation – presentations and pitches, client reports, business development documentation.
- Monthly billing including invoice preparation – commercial billing experience is essential.

Suitable candidates for this position will have:

- Experience supporting at C-Suite / Head of Department / Senior Partner level in either a Professional Services or Legal firm.
- Excellent MS Office and document preparation skills including PowerPoint.
- Experience in commercial billing.
- Proven experience managing highly sensitive and confidential information.
