You will have an active role in driving HP strategy and business growth.**The successful candidate will demonstrate the personality and work ethic below:*** A will to win and refuse to lose* A never-accept-less work ethic.* An Innovative and entrepreneurial spirit.* A relentless craving to push past your limits and try new things.* Push beyond what’s expected.* Eagerness to learn and be a change agent.**Responsibilities*** Sell the HP commercial solutions portfolio, focusing on PC Hardware, Services, Display and Accessories.* Establish a professional working relationship (up to the executive level) with clients and develop a core understanding of the unique business needs.* Engage education partners effectively to improve win rates on selective deals.* Generate new leads for HP solutions and collaborate with other specialists or partners as needed.* Enter opportunities in pipeline tools and update them weekly. Recommend and implement Pipeline management practices.* Build and deploy a territory account plan that includes working with partners, specialists.* Ability to implement margin recovery activities/strategies in full ownership of the account or in partial ownership depending on account coverage.* Act as a first interface for customers as fronts a virtual team where applicable.* Identify customer requirements, match with HP capabilities.* Working with the Ireland Inside sales team* Advocate HP channel programs in the public sector space.**Skills Required:*** Full Driver’s License* Can demonstrate experience in understanding large product portfolios and motivate external stakeholders to deliver annual growth* Can demonstrate commercial acumen which will be basis for all discussions* Passion for technology and innovation* Self-motivation, confidence and fast learning skills* Creativity, proactiveness and strong interpersonal abilities* Advanced Excel and PowerPoint knowledge.Thanks for taking the time to review our job.
