Accounts Payable Specialist

Main Purpose of Role:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic professional to join our Accounts Payable Team; this is an exciting opportunity to join our fast-growing business.
Role Duties:
1. Processing, matching and posting large volumes of supplier invoices in a multi-currency/entity environment.
2. Liaising with Suppliers, Functional Departments and wider Finance Team to resolve invoice, account and payment queries.
3. Key contact point for an assigned group of suppliers.
4. Monthly supplier account reconciliations.
5. Various AP Admin tasks, i.e. master data requests, document and mailbox management, etc.
6. Supporting with month-end activities.
7. Other ad-hoc duties as directed by the Accounts Payable Manager.
8. Supporting and participating in Finance process improvement projects.
9. Support audit-related activities as required.
Qualifications & Skills:
1. 3+ years previous Accounts Payable experience.
2. Dynamics 365 & Proactis experience is a distinct advantage.
3. Proficient in MS Office.
4. Understanding of VAT treatment on invoices (Reverse charge, Intrastat, etc.).
5. Attention to detail (due to high volume of invoices monthly).
6. Excellent organization & time management skills (working to deadlines).
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Strong team player, able to work on own initiative.
