Salary up to €35,000

Main Duties:

1. Deliver a consistently high standard of customer experience.
2. Provide professional office support to colleagues for smooth daily operations.
3. Ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
4. Serve as the primary contact for dealership queries, offering prompt support and training on mobility services.
5. Manage memberships, ensuring adherence to strict protocols and efficient processing of new applications and emails.
6. Collaborate with maintenance and support partners to keep vehicles available for use.
7. Address escalated customer queries or complaints, ensuring timely resolution.
8. Accurately process fines and penalties within set deadlines.
9. Organise purchase orders and manage invoices.
10. Develop training materials and deliver training sessions for dealership staff on mobility services.
11. Communicate key service updates to dealership staff.
12. Log technical issues with suppliers for swift resolution.
13. Monitor and respond to online customer reviews and queries.
14. Analyse customer support reports to maintain high satisfaction levels.
15. Handle GDPR-related queries, ensuring strict compliance with protocols.
16. Track and improve customer satisfaction scores.
17. Record company expenses on the relevant platform.
18. Continuously review and refine procedures for improved efficiency.
19. Process outstanding payments promptly.
20. Prepare condition reports for vehicles removed from the fleet.
21. Perform general administrative tasks as required.

2. Excellent communication skills.
3. Experience in process management.
4. High attention to detail.
5. Ability to multitask effectively.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
