As the Wedding Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of weddings hosted at our hotel. From initial client inquiries to the execution of the event, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring memorable experiences for our guests. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for wedding inquiries, consultations, and bookings. Conduct venue show arounds, menu tastings, and plan meetings with prospective clients. Coordinate with various departments within the hotel to ensure seamless event execution, including catering, housekeeping, and banquet services. Develop and implement creative marketing strategies to promote the hotel as a premier wedding destination. Attend wedding fairs, industry events, and networking functions to generate leads and build client relationships. Oversee the planning and execution of wedding open days, showcases, and promotional events. Maintain accurate records of client communications, bookings, and event details using hotel management software. Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the wedding planning process, addressing any concerns or requests promptly and professionally. Manage wedding budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships to ensure profitability and guest satisfaction. Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals set by the hotel. Requirements: Previous experience in wedding sales or event management. A professional, friendly, and positive approach. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with meticulous attention to detail. Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
