Operations Coordinator SMART FLOW Monitoring Location: Dublin HQ SMART FLOW is a high-growth technology company tackling one of the biggest hidden risks in real estate and construction: water leaks. A culture of ownership, impact, and continuous improvement ,your ideas will be heard and acted on What Youll Do Own the delivery process: From signed sale to completed installation, youll manage projects efficiently, ensuring everything runs on time whether via SMART FLOW installers, partners, or customer self-installs. Be the customers champion: Act as the key link between clients and engineers ensuring smooth communication, resolving issues quickly, and driving customer satisfaction. Keep operations moving: Track tasks across installations, operations, and logistics ensuring no action item is left behind. Manage logistics & stock: Oversee devices moving in and out, coordinating with finance to keep reporting accurate. Drive performance: Provide weekly updates to the CEO, reporting on KPIs and identifying opportunities to refine and improve processes. Improve & innovate: Follow established systems but constantly refine them to be more scalable, efficient, and effective as we expand globally. What Were Looking For Proven experience in Project Management , operations, and or logistics. Customer centric mindset : always looking to deliver the best experience. Excellent communication skills : clear, confident, and professional. Proficiency in report generation and progress tracking (Excel, project tools, dashboards). Strong organisational skills with attention to detail. Ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines. Process-driven thinker who also spots opportunities for improvement. Self-starter who can thrive in a scale-up environment and wants to grow with the company. Salary & Working Arrangements Starting salary: €50,000 per year Location: Office-based role in North County Dublin, with some flexibility for remote working as needed Full-time, permanent position The Opportunity This isnt just another project manager's role.
