Position Summary:
Scan Global Logistics are looking for an enthusiastic Operations Coordinator to join the team in our busy Dublin office.
Skills Required:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in the Freight Forwarding Sector.
- Proficient understanding of working within Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
- Knowledge of all modes of transportation including Sea, Air, and Road.
- Experience in handling customs documentation will be considered an advantage.
The Role:
- Coordinate logistics operations ensuring efficient transportation of goods across various modes (Sea, Air, Road).
- Ensure accuracy in documentation and arrange customs clearances.
- Be the crucial connection between clients, shipping lines, airlines, and hauliers.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance service delivery.
