Overview Our client, an international healthcare group based in North Dublin, is seeking an experienced Operations Lead (HR & Finance) to oversee and enhance the day-to-day running of their HR and Finance functions. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), you will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, guiding remote teams, and driving consistent performance.
This position is suited to professionals with a proven track record in both finance and HR operations, who are confident working in fast-paced, cross-cultural, and collaborative environments.
Key Responsibilities Manage outsourced finance operations, ensuring seamless collaboration with external providers
Oversee HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with local regulations, supported by global HR software tools
Lead finance functions including budget planning, financial reporting, payroll, benefits, and regulatory compliance, embedding finance software to optimise accuracy and efficiency
Undertake quarterly international travel to regional operations, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and ensuring consistent implementation of group-wide systems
Contribute to operational strategies by providing insights to improve HR and finance functions, with a focus on driving digital integration through software platforms
Deliver regular, data-driven operational reports to senior leadership, offering practical recommendations grounded in system insights and best practices
Demonstrate excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritise effectively, and adapt within a technology-driven environment
Identify, design, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, strengthen system adoption, and support sustainable business growth
Ideal Candidate 5+ years’ operational experience within HR, Finance, or broader business operations
Demonstrated ability to manage and support remote and hybrid teams effectively
Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise competing demands and meet deadlines
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with confidence in influencing at all levels
Proficient in software platforms
MBA or equivalent business qualification is desirable, but not essential
This hybrid role is based in Dublin and includes quarterly travel to Dubai.
