- Minimum of 2 years’ HR experience — ideally in payroll, absence management, employee relations, or immigration support.
- Confident managing multiple stakeholders and providing excellent service.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable prioritising and working to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Workday, MS Office, and Excel.
- Great communicator who enjoys collaborating across different locations and teams.
- Analytical mindset and proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Positive, can-do attitude with a hands-on and solutions-focused mindset.

What’s in It for You

- A collaborative, inclusive, and global work environment.
- Opportunity to gain exposure across multiple HR disciplines.
- The chance to develop your skills within a highly respected international organisation.
- Hybrid and flexible working options.
- A 12-month contract with genuine potential to extend for the right candidate.
