What You’ll Do:

- Create engaging, high-energy content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other social media platforms, including presenting TikTok Live sessions.
- Host live sessions on TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms to showcase products, engage with followers, and build brand loyalty.
- Develop and curate social media content (videos, images, captions, and more) that aligns with our brand voice and trends.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to boost engagement, reach, and brand visibility.
- Manage community engagement by monitoring and responding to comments, messages, and interactions in a timely and authentic manner.
- Analyse social media metrics to track performance, report insights, and optimise content strategies.
- Collaborate with our PR and Marketing team to cover events and behind-the-scenes moments.
- Stay ahead of social media trends and emerging platforms to keep National Beauty at the cutting edge of digital marketing.

What We’re Looking For:

- Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing.
- Confident and comfortable appearing on camera, including live streams and recorded content.
- Strong storytelling skills and the ability to engage an audience through video and written content.
- Creativity, a keen eye for trends, and an understanding of viral content strategies.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to take initiative and drive results.
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred.
