About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Social Media Specialist to contribute in expanding Logitech’s global social media presence, contributing to social-first campaigns, content planning, community management and trend-driven initiatives. You’ll be participating in shaping both organic and paid social media efforts, working cross-functionally with internal teams and regional markets to elevate Logitech’s brand presence across all platforms.

Community Engagement & Impact

Shape and execute a community engagement strategy that strengthens relationships with Logitech’s diverse audience.

Partner with our global agency to develop innovative engagement tactics that amplify user-generated content and increase brand loyalty.

Co-create an always-on social listening and response framework, ensuring Logitech remains responsive, relevant, and deeply connected to its audience.

Social Strategy & Execution

Co-create and implement a global social media strategy for Logitech, ensuring alignment with business and marketing objectives, content themes, and audience needs.

Coordinate the yearly content calendar, ensuring seamless execution across platforms with a mix of brand storytelling, product launches, cultural moments, and community-driven content.

Contribute to building best-in-class organic and paid social strategies, optimizing engagement, reach, and performance across channels.

Trends, Innovation & Social Commerce

Stay ahead of social trends, emerging platforms, and new content formats, integrating them into Logitech’s social media playbook.

Experiment with new content formats, engagement strategies, and platform innovations to ensure Logitech remains a leader in the digital space.

Regional Collaboration & Activation

Act as the primary liaison for regional teams, ensuring the global social strategy is adapted for local markets while maintaining brand consistency.

Support key product launches, regional campaigns, and localized marketing efforts by working closely with regional marketing and social teams.

Establish best practices and frameworks that enable teams across the globe to execute social strategies with impact and consistency.

Key Qualifications
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:

5+ years of experience in social media strategy and execution, preferably in a global or multi-market role.

Deep knowledge of organic and paid social strategies, with a track record of driving engagement and business impact.

Strong understanding of community management, social listening, and audience engagement best practices – hands‑on previous experience is a must.

Passion for emerging social trends, new platforms, and content innovation.

Experience working cross‑functionally with agencies, regional teams, and internal stakeholders to execute global campaigns.

Data‑driven mindset, with experience leveraging insights to optimize content, targeting, and performance.

Proficiency with copywriting and editing.

Ability to set and measure qualitative and quantitative KPIs for community impact and sentiment.
