About the role: We are seeking a proactive and highly organisedBroker Coordinatorto support the effective operation and ongoing development of our broker sales channel. In this key role, you will help ensure that all broker activity is managed efficiently, professionally, and in full compliance with company and regulatory standards. This is an excellent opportunity to join our expanding Energy team, playing a central part in strengthening our broker relationships and supporting the growth of our business. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain the Broker Sales inbox, ensuring all incoming broker communications are acknowledged, triaged, and responded to promptly, while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and service. Proactively engage with brokers to resolve queries and issues, acting as a central point of contact to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, timely problem resolution, and a positive broker experience. Collaborate closely with internal teamsincluding Sales, Operations, Billing, Pricing, and Customer Serviceto support broker-related activities, share insights, and contribute to the achievement of wider team and company objectives. Coordinate end-to-end broker invoicing processes, including validating claims, resolving invoice discrepancies, monitoring payment status, and supporting accurate and timely financial reconciliation. Ensure full adherence to company compliance policies and regulatory requirements, including maintaining accurate records, following audit-ready processes, and supporting the integrity of the broker channel. Act as a liaison between brokers and all relevant internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, consistent application of company policies, and efficient handling of escalations. Produce and maintain regular reporting on broker performance, including customer acquisition volumes, trends, and activity metrics, supporting performance tracking and strategic decision-making. Perform account management duties where required, including relationship support, updating account information, onboarding assistance, and handling specific broker partner needs. Safeguard customer and broker data, ensuring all information provided or processed complies fully with GDPR and internal data-handling policies. Maintain a comprehensive log of broker-related complaints, including tracking issues, ensuring follow-up actions, monitoring outcomes, and escalating repeat or serious breaches in line with compliance governance. Contribute to process improvement initiatives, providing feedback on broker operations, identifying inefficiencies, and supporting enhancements that strengthen the broker channel. Demonstrate flexibility and a solutions-focused mindset, undertaking additional duties or supporting project work as required to meet business needs. Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate will have a minimum of Leaving Certificate education and bring valuable experience from the natural gas or electricity market, with exposure to working with brokers or managing external sales queries considered a strong advantage. Prior experience as an administrative assistantparticularly within the energy industrywill be highly beneficial. They will be exceptionally well-organised, capable of managing multiple tasks and prioritising effectively in a busy environment. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as familiarity with database systems, will support their ability to work efficiently and accurately in this role.
