Requirements Strong Constructability and BIM (Building Information Modelling) knowledge
Knowledge of construction codes
Strong client acumen and relationship management skills
Accountability and ownership of assigned work
Time flexibility to ensure good overlap with the India team
Travel regularly across the ROI/NI to meet clients and prospects
Onboard new clients while nurturing and growing existing accounts
Collaborate with the presales team in India and the UK Operations Manager
Present Pinnacle Infotech’s services to prospects and clients, explain processes, documentation, and understand expectations
Ensure clear communication through follow-ups on emails and meetings
Maintain regular contact with clients and provide feedback to the production team (with COE in copy)
Attend kick-off, coordination, weekly review, and other key meetings as required
Manage all assigned customer accounts through the CRM tool (Salesforce)
Make calls to customers for new opportunities and follow up after proposal submission
Ensure scope alignment, address client questions, and update the estimation/BD team on proposal status
Obtain cross-references and partner information from clients across other trades
Represent Pinnacle at trade shows, conferences, and professional associations
Facilitate smooth onboarding of new clients and bridge communication between the client and the production team
Build strong client relationships, monitor upcoming projects and projections
Support the production team to understand client requirements and ensure successful project execution
Maintain high-quality verbal and written communication between the client and the production team
Uphold high standards of quality and professionalism in work and services
