Responsibilities: Take ownership of month-end accounts, P&L, balance sheet, and reporting across multiple cost centres. Deliver monthly performance reporting and analysis, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities. Provide revenue and margin analysis by product, business unit, and customer. Support budgeting, forecasting, reconciliations, and journals. Drive process improvements, automation, and efficiency across finance. Partner with commercial, operations, and sales teams to deliver actionable insights that add business value. Minimum Requirements: Qualified Accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, CPA). Experience in FMCG, Retail, Manufacturing, or Logistics (essential). Strong Excel skills and ERP knowledge (Microsoft AX or SAP ideal). Proven track record in management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial analysis. Commercially minded with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
