We are seeking an experienced and strategic Data and Analytics (Reward) Senior Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will provide innovative solutions & insight on all aspects of employee reward. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to analyse, design, implement, and manage reward strategies that attract, motivate, and retain talent while aligning with business objectives. About the role: Conduct total reward benchmarking exercises, analysing market data to provide insights and recommendations on pay, benefits, and broader reward offerings. Support the annual reward cycle by coordinating salary reviews, bonus awards, and promotions to ensure timely and accurate delivery. Collaborate with HR, finance, and business leaders to implement reward initiatives and communicate changes effectively within the organisation. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior leaders, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights. Monitor legislative and market developments related to reward and ensuring ongoing compliance and informed decision-making. Lead and manage gender pay gap reporting processes, including data analysis and interpretation in compliance with relevant legislation. Contribute to continuous improvement of reward processes and systems within the HR function. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights. Proficiency in MS Office. About You: Strategic thinker with a commercial mindset. Detail-oriented with strong organisational and project management skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a wider HR team High level of integrity and professionalism.
