About The Role Key responsibilities: Cleaning of all areas, perimeter areas and equipment Floor checks Dealing with Guest Queries Managing guest admission Assisting the reception team General Porter Duties Ensure a thorough handover briefing at the start of your shift, covering any events or specific requirements for the shift. Conduct security and safety checks throughout the building during while on shift. Adhere to strict guidelines regarding the admittance of residents only to the premises. To provide support in other areas of the business if required to do so. Ensure all stock is stored in a safe manner.
