This position is based across our sites in the Leinster region. Key Responsibilities and Duties Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnose, and solve hardware/software faults and escalate to the Head of IT when necessary Management of the Glenveagh Active Directory infrastructure and Office 365 application suite Install and configure applications and hardware when required, design and develop solutions to automate the delivery of these services and solutions to Glenveagh Build, develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, diagrams and written instructions for the various systems and services deployed Monitor and maintain various systems, printers, mobile devices, and networks across all the various Glenveagh sites Support the setup and delivery of the IT services on new sites as required. Work closely with the resources on site to ensure the IT service is maintained and reliable Establish a good working relationship with other professionals within Glenveagh, ensuring that the IT department delivers a reliable, responsive and high-quality service Requirements Proven experience in an IT support role, preferably in a construction or field-based environment. Proficiency in managing Active Directory, Office 365 Admin, and Azure. Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills. Experience with building and configuring laptops, desktops, and mobile devices. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to construction sites.
