Heres what youll be rocking: Main Tasks & responsibilities Greeting guests like a pro and making killer first impressions. Zipping through check-ins and check-outs with style and speed. Dropping local tips, solving hiccups, and keeping the good vibes flowing. Handling payments and guest accounts like a boss. Keeping the front desk scene fresh, tidy, and ready for action. Helping the crew in the service of Food and Beverage as required Follow all food safety, licensing and health and safety policies to work safely Supporting other Crew Members and follow direction from Crew Leaders Promote and support the Moxy brand & the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program Were looking for someone with Moxie, which is all of these things: Have high energy and a fearless do-it-yourself attitude Good with people and enjoy chatting with guests Skilled multitasker who can balance hard work with great service Know being relaxed isnt the same as being lazy Clear communicator fluent in English (and other languages a plus) Useful Experience Experience within the service industry Knowledge of hotel systems such as Opera and/or Micros Knowledge of Food Safety & Licensing laws Personal experience of travel and travel industr #ATTHEMOXY we created a free-spirited place where our guests can do all that crazy stuff they would never think of doing at home, together with likeminded spirits they had otherwise never met, that is why we call them our Fun Hunters The Wi-Fi is speedy and the cushy beds are freshly made, but more importantly, the bar is always open and the crew is always on duty to serve.
