My client is seeking a highly organized Financial Administrator to join their team.
This key role offers a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented Administrator.
Daily Tasks:
1. Reception cover ensuring all visitors are welcomed promptly and courteously, always portraying a professional business image.
2. Signing courier deliveries and notifying the appropriate personnel.
3. Prepare daily lodgements.
4. Process manual visa payments and bank statements.
5. Process weekly payrolls via Sage Micropay and ensure authorization.
6. Save payroll reports and maintain up-to-date records.
7. Handle general payroll inquiries.
8. Invoice daily Commercial system notifications and non-commercial invoices.
9. Prepare income summaries for meetings.
10. Assist with admin projects and events as directed.
Skills & Qualities:
1. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and independent.
2. Payroll administration and invoicing desirable.
3. Excellent communication and Excel skills.
4. Strong administrative, organizational, and business support skills, with the ability to multi-task and work calmly under pressure.
