About the Job: An opportunity has arisen for an EventsExecutiveto join ourEvents & Salesteam. About you: Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Sales, Marketing, or related field. Minimum 1yearof experience in hotel sales or event coordination. Proficient in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Opera Cloud, ResDiary). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Sales-focused mindset. Team player with strong interpersonal skills. Attention to detail. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Flexible with working hours. The main duties and responsibilities of this role are: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for events, meetings, and group bookings. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Liaise with clients to understand their event needs and provide tailored proposals. Respond to event inquiries promptly and convert them into confirmed bookings. Maintain up-to-date client records using the hotels CRM system. Generate quotations for prospective bookings and timely follow ups. Prepare function sheets, contracts, and detailed event plans. Issue Invoices and record payments. Conduct property tours and site inspections for potential clients. Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients and local organizations. Follow up post-event for feedback and future business opportunities. Be present during key events to ensure client satisfaction and smooth delivery. Hotel Awards: Certified Great Place to Work.
