We are delighted to be hiring on behalf of our client, a leading law firm in Dublin, who are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join their Finance Department . This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work with a prestigious professional services team, lead strategic growth initiatives, and contribute to the firm’s business development objectives.

Develop and implement business development and marketing strategies for the Finance Department

Work closely with senior executives to identify growth opportunities and build client relationships

Lead campaigns, initiatives, and events to raise the profile of the department

Analyse market trends, prepare reports, and identify areas for business growth

Manage and mentor a small business development team, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support client-facing initiatives

The Person

Degree in business, marketing, communications or equivalent professional experience

At least five years’ experience in business development or marketing within a professional services environment

Experience partnering with senior executives

Previous experience in a managerial role
