
Strategic Partner Specialist

In this role, you'll source, activate, and onboard new partners, helping them unlock growth opportunities for their clients and themselves.
This role is perfect if you're passionate about building relationships, driving sales, and supporting partners in a fast-paced SaaS/e-commerce environment.
What you'll do:
- Identify, qualify, and onboard high-potential partners
- Educate and train partners on available tools and resources
- Nurture early-stage relationships to ensure engagement and success
- Surface new business opportunities for the sales team
- Collaborate with Support, Customer Success, and Sales for a seamless partner experience
- Travel up to 25% across Germany and Europe for partner meetings and events
What we're looking for
- Fluency in German and English
- Ideally you have some experience in sales, account management or any role that entails building relationships with customers or stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple partner relationships
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
