Our team
Our Global Services Organization combines and orchestrates all services to implement Körbers business leading MES software to the pharmaceutical and biotech manufacturing industry. We take care for seamless implementation based on industry standard project management methods and delivery models. Project performance and customer satisfaction are key.
Our aim is to enhance our Marketing capabilities and skills to manage and develop our services portfolio. Therefore, we plan to introduce the role of a Senior Manager Services Marketing.
Your role in our team
In your role as Senior Manager, you will:
- Develop and maintain services positioning and messaging within go-to-market initiatives
- Craft compelling value propositions and service narratives
- Plan and execute service launches and campaigns, creating marketing plans that boost market awareness of our services portfolio
- Enable the sales organization by developing sales pitches, solution descriptions, and providing tools, training, and content
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, marketing and operations teams to ensure an integrated and consistent portfolio
- Provide clear insights into our services and delivery processes, enriched with facts and figures, to help customers better understand and experience the value of our offering
- Support defining pricing strategy and evaluate new commercial business models
- Drive customer engagement across awareness, adoption and advocacy and continuously refine strategies based on post-launch and market feedback
- Roadmap: You will contribute in defining our service portfolio vision together with Service Owners and Product Managers and help building the associated roadmap that reflects the service needs of the future
- Intelligence: You will contribute to the gathering of intelligence from service trends, competitor analyses, data monitoring, and user interviews
- Communication: You will bring visibility to all stakeholders regarding what's coming next and ensure all teams are aligned around the roadmap
- You will analyse and prepare market trends, customer requirements and competitor portfolios, and derive resulting market potential as well as go-to-market strategies
Requirements
- University degree in technical field such as Computer Science, Software Engineering or Physics, Master’s preferred.
- You have working experience in an industrial international B2B environment
- At least 5 years of professional experience in marketing and sales in the IT or software environment
- You are fluent in English.
- Experience writing value proposition and sales/marketing content and strategy
- Experience in delivering impactful services introductions, increasing services and product awareness and customer engagement and retention
- You are familiar with the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry processes and with FDA-regulated environment
- Good knowledge of current IT technologies and architectures as well as international standards in the IT environment (e.g. ITIL, ISO standard, etc.)
- Excellent communication ability (both written and verbal) and influencing skills including presenting complex concepts to a variety of audiences is critical to the success in this position. You are able to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority
- You have strong collaboration skills and are confident working in a multicultural, geographically distributed and matrixed team environment

- Excellent analytical skills: You love solving complex problems and analyzing data
- Highly independent working style, strong sense of responsibility, confident manner and assertiveness
