Overview PM Group are seeking a skilled Contracts Administrator to manage contractual aspects of civils, structures, and architecture (CSA) packages for a major pharmaceutical construction project in Belgium. Responsibilities Administer contracts for civil works, structural, and architectural packages Manage subcontractor agreements and variations for CSA disciplines Process and evaluate change orders and contract modifications Coordinate with CSA contractors, consultants, and design teams Monitor contract compliance and deliverable milestones Prepare and review contract documentation, amendments, and extensions Manage payment applications and certificate processes Maintain comprehensive contract records and correspondence Resolve contractual disputes and claims related to CSA works Ensure adherence to pharmaceutical construction standards and regulations Support procurement activities for CSA packages Coordinate with project management and commercial teams Qualifications Minimum 3-5 years contracts administration experience Construction industry background, preferably pharmaceutical/industrial projects Knowledge of CSA construction processes and terminology Experience with standard construction contracts (FIDIC, NEC, or similar) Strong analytical and negotiation skills Proficient in contract management software and MS Office suite Excellent written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously Fluent English required; French/Dutch language skills beneficial Valid EU work authorization Degree/Diploma in Construction Management, Law, or related field Professional certification in contract administration Experience with pharmaceutical facility construction Knowledge of Belgian construction regulations Why PM Group?
