Overview Huntress is a fully remote, global team of cybersecurity professionals working to break down barriers to security. We protect businesses with enterprise-grade products and a managed SOC-inspired service. We’re looking for a Reseller Sales Manager to develop and manage regional reseller partnerships to support Huntress' growth and expansion.
Reports to: Vice President, Channels and Alliances
Location: Remote Ireland
Compensation Range: €190,000 - €218,000 OTE 60/40 split plus equity
What You’ll Do You will work with senior sales leaders and other revenue team stakeholders to identify opportunities for new routes to market, build value creation opportunities, align implementation, and support resellers for long-term success. You will manage regional reseller partnerships to drive revenue and market presence, and collaborate with marketing to develop joint campaigns.
Identify and recruit new reseller partners aligning with target markets; provide training and support to enable effective selling
Create a strategic plan to maximize sales through the reseller channel, including targets, incentives, and marketing initiatives
Build relationships with key decision-makers at reseller companies and address concerns
Provide resellers with tools, resources, and ongoing training to present and sell our products
Oversee registration of sales opportunities with resellers for proper attribution and margin allocation
Track reseller performance, identify improvement opportunities, and coach to maximize sales potential
Collaborate with marketing on joint campaigns and materials to generate leads
Travel expectations: 20-30%, primarily in the UK/Ireland
What You Bring To The Team 5+ years of experience in a partner alliance or reseller sales role
Knowledge of the cybersecurity landscape, product categories, technical capabilities, and industry trends
Experience managing and developing reseller networks with understanding of partner dynamics and incentives
Ability to establish rapport with key decision makers and foster long-term partnerships
Ability to communicate the value proposition of our solutions to resellers and their customers
