Position: Internal Sales / Business Development Executive

The Job: Are you a motivated individual with a passion for sales and a knack for building relationships? We are seeking an Internal Sales / Business Development Representative to join our client's team in the exciting world of Engineering supplies.
In this role, you'll be at the forefront of their sales efforts, helping to drive business growth by engaging with existing clients and reaching out to potential new customers. Responsibilities:
1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and networking.
2. Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
3. Collaborate with engineering teams to create tailored proposals that meet client specifications.
4. Conduct market research to identify new prospects and industry trends.
5. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
6. Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing our products and services.
7. Maintain accurate records of communication and sales activities in the CRM system.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the mechanical or industrial engineering sector.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
3. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
4. Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them to customers in an accessible manner.
5. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
6. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
