Team & Role At ServiceNow, we embrace representation from all professional and personal backgrounds and cultures. This role is part of our Product Design team, focused on empathizing with users and customers to create product experiences they love. Our designers come from diverse skills, including design systems, visual, interaction, content, and product design. Design has a central seat at the table, and our team collaborates closely with engineering and product management from the outset.
Work with the Impact team to help customers realize value faster, adopt with ease, maintain platform health, and scale confidently—with expert guidance, AI agents, and continuous support. Designers shape experiences that make complex tools simple, intuitive, and actionable for customers. The work directly influences how global enterprises engage with and succeed on ServiceNow.

Preferred Qualifications Experience integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving, including AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI’s impact on the function or industry.
5+ years of relevant design experience.
An inspiring portfolio demonstrating end-to-end, user-centered design solutions based on human-centered design and research data.
Strong experience using design tools to create high-fidelity design solutions and specifications that enforce consistency, usability, and accessibility within a larger system or product.
A growth mindset with a track record of strengthening core skills through complex assignments and varied experience.
Ability to build trusting relationships through clear and open communication.
Experience participating in the complete product development lifecycle of web and/or software applications.
Experience in user experience design or industry experience (corporate, software, web or agency).
