If so, we have a super opportunity to join a business as they dive into plenty of new and exciting projects and plans The team is currently growing and is looking for those with an interest in employee relations.
This role is a busy and fast-paced position within the Employment Services Department. Employment Law Consultants are expected to have an excellent understanding of employment law, with experience relating to policy wording advantageous.
This role requires a particular focus on attention to detail and a strong client focus.
What does the day-to-day of the role look like?
1. Support clients in a timely manner, providing quality advice and professional quality documentation, whilst adhering to current policies, procedures, and SLAs.
2. Actively own and lead cases to resolution, building rapport and relationships with clients with each interaction.
3. Liaise with clients via video conference, telephone, and email to create bespoke employment documentation in accordance with company policies and procedures. You will also be required to undertake face-to-face meetings when required.
4. Present HR and employment law training to client and non-client groups via video conference or in person.
5. Contribute to a collegiate and knowledge-sharing culture, supporting training and development of others, valuing and utilizing the different skills and expertise of colleagues.
6. Ensure knowledge of employment law and HR best practices is continually updated.
7. Strong understanding of the services offered by the Group and the ability to confidently discuss these services with clients, making recommendations as appropriate.
8. Undertake or provide support with any bespoke projects as requested by Management.
