Company Secretarial Administrator

Role Responsibilities:
- Monitor and file company annual returns
- Prepare company minutes
- Provide administrative and secretarial support
- Attend and take minutes for General Meetings and Board meetings
Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Growth mindset and willingness to learn
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary €40,000 – €50,000
