This role is based out of our brand-new Dublin office at One Charlemont Square, Charlemont St, Saint Kevin's, Dublin. We’re thrilled about this move, which reflects our growth and commitment to providing a vibrant, inspiring space for celebration, collaboration, and unearthing the extraordinary.

What You Will Do

As our new Head of Revenue Management, you will lead international pricing and product administration across all existing and emerging markets outside the US and Canada. This is a highly strategic and hands‑on role responsible for building pricing excellence, driving process improvement, and enabling commercial growth. Partnering closely with Finance, Sales, and Marketing, you will define pricing strategy, oversee governance, and enhance financial acumen across the organization, ensuring optimal pricing decisions that support long‑term profitability and market expansion.

- Oversee international pricing and product administration across all categories and markets (excluding the US and Canada), ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with commercial objectives.

- Lead monthly price reviews with Finance, Sales, and Marketing teams, monitoring competitive activity and recommending adjustments to drive market share and profitability.

- Manage and develop pricing processes, governance, and tools to enable consistent execution and transparency across markets.

- Conduct pricing and margin analysis for new, existing, and theoretical products to support innovation and commercial decision‑making.

- Oversee the pricing administration activities of the Revenue Analyst, including updates in ERP and finance systems, communication of price changes, and maintenance of customer pricing templates.

- Build financial acumen within Sales and Marketing through continuous pricing education, training, and development of pricing best practices.

- Partner with IT and cross‑functional teams to identify and implement automation opportunities, streamlining manual pricing and reporting processes.

- Cultivate strong relationships with international pricing counterparts and maintain up‑to‑date documentation on pricing policies, tax structures, and excise developments across all markets.

- Manage and develop Revenue Analyst(s), ensuring delivery of accurate reporting, strong analytical capability, and professional growth.

What You’ll Bring

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.

- 10+ years of experience in pricing, revenue management, or commercial finance, ideally within FMCG or premium beverage industries.

- Proven ability to design, implement, and manage international pricing frameworks across multiple markets.

- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with expertise in margin management, forecasting, and pricing optimisation.

- Demonstrated leadership in managing teams, developing capability, and building cross‑functional alignment.

- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate data insights into commercial strategies.
