Overview The Noel Group is partnering with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry in Dublin City Centre to recruit a Revenue Manager. This is a full-time, permanent position offering one day working from home per week. The role reports to the General Manager / Director of Sales & Marketing and involves maximizing hotel revenue through pricing, distribution management, and market analysis.
Location: Dublin, Ireland — 1 day working from home. Salary range information is provided by Noel Group; actual pay is based on skills and experience.
Key Responsibilities Develop and implement pricing strategies to drive RevPAR and profitability.
Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns.
Lead daily, weekly, and monthly revenue meetings.
Manage inventory, distribution channels, and rate parity across OTAs and direct channels.
Produce accurate forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Front Office teams to align business objectives.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and revenue generation.
Use revenue management systems and tools to inform decision-making.
Candidate Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar revenue management role within hospitality.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, PMS, and RMS platforms.
Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.
Commercially minded with a strategic and data-driven approach.
Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a dynamic team environment.
Must be currently living in Ireland and have the legal right to work in the Republic of Ireland.
Visa sponsorship and relocation packages are not provided for this role.
