Access Talent Group is partnering with a globally acclaimed consultancy to find a Civil Pavement Engineer to join their dynamic team.

In this role you will be expected to manage and deliver pavement engineering projects, prepare design options for construction and maintenance and develop and enhance client relationships whilst ensuring high-quality project delivery within budget and timeline.

Requirements:

- Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Chartered or nearing chartered status
- Knowledge of pavement design principles and materials
- Experience with UK and/or international pavement design standards
- Understanding of construction techniques and maintenance practices
- Experience in geotechnical and pavement evaluation
- Strong project management and client-facing skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team

This role offers a competitive salary, 25 days of annual leave with the option to purchase an additional 5 days, 20 days working abroad allowance, as well as income protection and paid memberships.
