Urgent: Breakfast Chef

Overview Breakfast Chef – Dublin 1 – Full time.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Shift: 6am - 2pm Monday - Friday
Salary: €16.00 per hour

What you'll do Prepare a variety of breakfast items such as pastries, breads & scones, including egg selection, pancakes, waffles, smoothies, fruit pots and other morning favourites, with an emphasis on quality and consistency.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop seasonal menu items and specials that align with our brand identity.
Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed to ensure a seamless breakfast service.
Engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere and address any dietary preferences or special requests.
What you'll bring Proven experience as a Chef in a high volume setting
Professional cookery or culinary qualifications
Strong organisational skills with an ability to prioritise tasks
Commitment to maintaining the highest food safety and hygiene standards
