We are currently recruiting for a Land Freight Executive based in North County Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious professional seeking a fresh challenge within a collaborative and dynamic team. The role offers strong career development prospects, with many team members progressing successfully in the fast-paced world of logistics and supply chain. n.b own car essential due to location Main Duties and Responsibilities Manage key customer accounts, including KPI monitoring and performance reporting. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to support retention and growth. Handle customer queries professionally, ensuring timely resolution. Liaise with customs, hauliers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth operations. Prepare quotations, process bookings, and apply customer rates accurately. Oversee trailer planning and load allocation in coordination with hauliers and other depots. Manage general customs processes, including import/export declarations. Maintain high standards of service delivery while identifying opportunities for improvement. Support colleagues across departments and international offices where required. Prioritise tasks effectively, working flexibly to meet deadlines. Required Skills and Experience Previous experience in a similar role, ideally customer facing. Strong attention to detail with excellent accuracy. Self-motivated, with the ability to communicate effectively and work within a team. Road freight and customs knowledge is advantageous. Confident user of Microsoft Office. Proactive communicator via email and phone. Strong organisational skills with a deadline-driven mindset. Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
