Accounts Administrator

It is a full-time permanent position working Monday to Friday 9-17.30 for 3 months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with processing and reconciling invoices and payments.
- Support the preparation of financial reports and statements.
- Manage and update financial records and databases.
- Assist with month-end closing procedures.
- Communicate with vendors and customers to resolve account discrepancies.
- Provide administrative support to the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams.
- Participate in special projects and tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Recent graduate or final year student pursuing a degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
