The candidate should have an exceptionally strong understanding of high-tech products and be able to validate hierarchy and flag on a master data level. A successful candidate must have a proven track record of working effectively in a rapidly changing environment to meet ongoing and overlapping deadlines, have strong reporting, operational, and IT knowledge, with the capability of managing multiple complex projects and clients at one time**Key Outcomes*** Strong knowledge of Accounts payable functions* Strong Analytical skills to analyse aged creditor balances* Work closely with other departments regarding query resolution of claims* Ensure all invoices billed are paid to suppliers within payment deadlines* Liaise with warehouse ops and procurement departments regularly regarding discrepancies* Escalate any problem areas to management teams* Develop and maintain strong working relationships with the suppliers and wider teams across the business- regular meetings* Maintain a high standard of work instructions on AR Processes* Process payment and allocation of invoices daily* Post invoices daily to supplier accounts**Key Skills & Experiences*** SAP experience and strong Excel skills* Excellent Interpersonal skills and the ability to work at all levels in a large organization, inside and outside of the finance function* Strong Analytical skills and Prioritisation skills* Very strong communication skills to deal regularly with staff at all levels of the organization and in all functions* Proven ability to operate as part of a multi-functional team; a team player* Knowledge of the order-to-cash cycle* Able to respond flexibly and empathetically to supplier needs/queries, managing their expectations* Excellent attention to detail* Customer focus* Problem-Solving Skills**Uniphar – Who we are**With a workforce of more than 3000 employees spread across Ireland, United Kingdom, Mainland Europe, MENA, and the USA, Uniphar is a trusted global partner to pharma and MedTech manufacturers, working to improve patient access to medicines around the world.
