Overview

My client is looking for an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering end-to-end projects. This is a critical role that will drive the successful delivery of a company-wide transformation project. Key to success in the role will be strong planning, execution, and stakeholder management skills, capable of delivering the successful implementation of a new HR System across multiple European sites. This is a highly visible role requiring excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills. The system that will be implemented is sucessfactors

Key Responsibilities

· Develop, manage, and track project plans, scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

· Lead and manage the full project lifecycle for a SuccessFactors implementation, from initial planning and strategy through to delivery and ongoing support.

· Coordinate and oversee the delivery partner, ensuring deliverables are documented and agreed and meet business objectives to quality standards and timelines.

· Engage with senior stakeholders up to and including Executive Management and external support to align project objectives and resolve issues proactively.

· Establish and maintain governance structures, project reporting, and risk management frameworks.

· Ensure effective change management, communication, and training plans are in place to support successful adoption.

· Manage project resources and dependencies, escalating risks and issues where required.

· Drive continuous improvement, embedding lessons learned into future projects, whilst championing change.

· Establish and enhance processes, including standardised project planning templates, risk registers, and reporting dashboards.

· Own the weekly reporting cadence to leadership, project risks, resource capacity, utilisation rates and business satisfaction.

Experience

· Proven experience, within a commercial environment, delivering any HR system project (end-to-end lifecycle management).

· Strong project management skills across planning, execution, and post-go-live support.

· Demonstrated ability to manage third-party vendors and complex multi-stakeholder environments to deliver on business objectives.

· Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.

· Solid understanding of IT + HR systems and processes, particularly HR solutions.

· Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate challenges and mitigate risks effectively.

· Relevant project management qualification (Prince2, PMP, Agile PM, or equivalent).
