JOB PURPOSE
As Prada Stock Controller, you support the boutique with all responsibilities related to warehouse management and services to the Store. You ensure the correct handling of goods in store, comply with KPIs, guidelines and company procedures for product care, and are accountable to achieve individual and team targets. You act as a proactive team member to deliver the best service and respond to customer needs for both in-store and e-commerce channels.
Responsibilities Ensure the care and protection of the product according to company guidelines
Manage goods receipt and storage day-to-day, prepare products for the sales floor and special areas, and optimize timing efficiency
Prepare shop-to-shop and returns transfers in compliance with guidelines and timelines
Prepare the flow of E-Commerce orders (Prada.com or e-Tailers) ensuring required service levels
Handle damaged, not-sellable, on-hold, consignment, and in-repair products
Organize packaging and stationery physically and in IT systems
Organize display objects system
Participate in the management of uniforms and gifts flows
Ensure proper protection and packaging for in-store and transfer shipments, including e-commerce shipments
Adhere to guidelines in the event of theft, including communication and documentation
Support investigations in case of system issues
Manage product flow and related documentation, recording movements in the IT system
Participate in physical and cycle inventories of finished products and accessories, respecting timing
Support warehouse activities related to sales; ensure security and cleanliness of the warehouse
Support the Stock Manager in optimizing spaces in collaboration with Store Manager and Store Operations Manager
Support Sales Associates in the sales process and collaborate with Visual Merchandising as needed
Maintain contacts with providers and keep archives updated on a monthly basis
Comply with KPIs, guidelines and procedures from the Store Operations Manager, Store Manager or Headquarters
Knowledge and Skills Similar experience within a luxury or premium brand
Understanding of luxury customer service
Experience in building long-lasting relationships with clients
Ability to work in a team as well as independently
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in English
