Main Function:
To drive the growth and profitability of the business by identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities, while maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing clients in alignment with the company's strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
2. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.
3. Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
4. Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations to potential clients and partners.
5. Negotiate contracts and close agreements that support business objectives.
6. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure successful project delivery.
7. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to inform business strategy.
8. Provide regular reporting on sales performance, pipeline development, and market feedback to senior management.
Contract: Permanent, full-time, 24 months
Hours: 39 hours per week
Salary: €34,000 annually (€16.77 per hour)
