Senior Deal Desk Analyst Co. Dublin

We’re looking for a commercially astute and operationally sharp Deal Desk Analyst to join our Revenue Intelligence team. This role will be pivotal in coordinating complex deal workflows, aligning with our enterprise solutioning process, and ensuring consistency with ESW’s commercial playbook. You’ll be a trusted advisor, working cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Delivery to streamline approvals, structure proposals, and support our go-to-market efforts.

This role requires an analytical mindset, with excellent communication skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity and cross functional teams to drive deal velocity and consistency.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Finance Professional with Sales partnering experience to develop their career and gain a deep understanding of a GTM operation. The role would also ideally suit an experienced Deal Desk analyst with financial modelling skills.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Coordination : Partner with Sales to co-ordinate the commercial strategy throughout a deal lifecycle, from intake to approval, ensuring alignment with key cross functional stakeholders.

Workflow Management : Maintain approval matrices, track deal status, and ensure timely execution across stakeholders.

Proposal Structuring : Collaborate with Sales and Solution Architects to shape proposals that reflect ESW’s value proposition and commercial strategy.

Pricing & Commercial Modelling : Build and maintain commercial models where needed to optimise deal pricing and win strategy. Partner with Finance where needed.

Pre-Sales BI : Partner with our Pre-Sales BI team to develop a deep technical understanding of our forecasting process, ROI modelling & CX review. Bring insights and ideas to iterate and improve on our internal modelling.

Sales Enablement : Support onboarding and training initiatives by embedding deal desk processes into enablement content.

Revenue Intelligence : Work with RevOps to deliver dashboards and insights on deal velocity, approval bottlenecks, and win rates to inform leadership decisions.

Requirements

5 + years proven experience in deal desk or commercial sales finance roles—ideally within a technology enterprise sale environment.

Strong understanding of sales cycles, solutioning processes, and Salesforce.

Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret commercial data and model scenarios.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or similar field.

Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA etc) is a strong plus.
