Base pay range Our client is a tech firm who are based at the forefront of the industry in Ireland. They are currently seeking to add a commercially-minded Deal Desk Analyst to their commercial team on the back of ongoing expansion.
Job Description Job Title: Deal Desk Analyst
Sector: Tech
Location: Dublin City - Hybrid

Responsibilities Take the lead in the formation of deals
Executing deals adhering to tight deadlines
Seeking to maximizing value for the business – optimizing profitability, revenue and market share
Looking to minimize the sales cycle time
Understanding key deal economic drivers and negotiation levers
Drafting and reviewing commercial proposals and contracts
Reviewing and assisting in the negotiation of agreements and deals
Carrying out analysis of contractual terms in respect of internal and external queries
Understanding deal concessions and how they can impact contracts
Completion of due diligence work
Dealing directly and indirectly with customers and senior company management
Regularly presenting detailed analysis and commercial status to senior management
Assisting with the management & analysis of large volume of contracts with global customers
Requirements Ambitious, deadline focused professionals with at least 4 years work experience currently working as: Deal Desk Analyst, Finance Operations Analyst, Sales Operations Analyst.
Exceptional attention to detail and comfortable work to tight deadlines
Commercially focused and excellent understanding of contract process
Comfortable negotiating contracts and identifying the best commercial outcome for the business
Proven track record of consistently hitting academic milestones in a timely manner
Willingness to work hard to achieve targets in a team.
A great personality able to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
