SSA are looking for an Architectural BIM Manager for our client, a well-known Architecture Firm, in Dublin.
Job Description:
Seeking a highly skilled and motivated BIM Manager to lead the digital design and delivery processes.
As a key member of the architectural team, you will drive BIM implementation, training, project coordination, and digital innovation across the firm.
You will ensure that projects are delivered efficiently, accurately, and to the highest standard using Building Information Modeling tools and workflows.
Work on a wide range of projects including residential, commercial, mixed-use, and public works.
Provide training, mentoring, and support to architects and designers.
Requirements:
Level 7 FETAC Qualification or higher
Experience in a similar role
Familiarity with ISO 19650 standards
Strong understanding of design and construction documentation processes
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
