We're looking for a Quality Analyst to support performance excellence across our operations. You'll be responsible for monitoring, evaluating, and coaching team members, ensuring high-quality outcomes that align with business goals.
? What You'll Be Doing
- Monitor and coach agents to meet quality standards
- Analyze performance data to identify trends and drive improvements
- Support Team Leads in enhancing team performance
- Deliver policy-based training and refresher sessions
- Investigate and resolve decision inaccuracies
- Prepare and share regular performance reports
? What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (NFQ 7 +)
- Experience in Content Moderation, Trust & Safety, or Quality Assurance
- Fluent in English (C1+) and Hungarian / Danish / Swedish / Dutch
- Proficient in Excel and comfortable with data analysis
- Understanding of the AI space is a plus
- Flexible, adaptable, and able to work under pressure
