WE ARE INVITING APPLICATIONS FOR THE POSITION OF HR & Superannuation Officer (Grade VI) Full time - Permanent - On Site Role Person Specification (Key Skills and Competencies Required): Candidates must have at the latest date of application: - Have at least three years' relevant Pension/Payroll experience in a busy office environment. Have demonstratable experience of working on the VHSS and the Single Pension Scheme. Have at least three years' relevant HR Administration experience. Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work. Demonstrate an understanding and practice of confidentiality. Have proven organizational and administrative skills. Strong numerical skills and attention to detail. Strong IT skills including proficiency using Microsoft Office. Have the ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines. Be proficient in the use of MS Office products. Be able to navigate HR/Payroll information systems. Desirable Qualifications & Experience IPASS or equivalent payroll qualification or pursuing same. HR Qualification. Have used an integrated HR/Payroll in current/previous experience. Good working knowledge of pay and pension related public sector guidelines, circulars and compliance requirements.
