Our engineering client, in Dublin West, has an exciting requirement for a HR Information System Implementation Manager, for a 6-month contract, working fully onsite. The successful candidate will lead the implementation of a new HR Information System, ensuring the systems integration with business processes and systems efficiently.

RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED

1. Analyse organisational needs and design relevant HRIS solutions.
2. Ensure data accuracy and integrity, and project milestones are met.
3. Develop and maintain a project plan for the system implementation.
4. Work closely with all key business departments, including HR, IT and other departments for the HRIS implementation.
5. Scope out best practice HR processes aligned with business needs.
6. Ensure the system integrates seamlessly with other existing systems.
7. Plan the migration of existing HR data.
8. Develop and deliver training programmes for users.
9. Create user manuals and related documentation.
10. Monitor system performance and user feedback.
11. Maintain highest levels of security confidentiality.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

1. Relevant degree – Human Resources Qualification preferably.
2. 5+ years related experience, with proficiency in HRIS platforms and project management methodology.
3. Strong project management skills.
4. Excellent communication and people skills.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
