Mayo. This is a unique opportunity to support a heritage-rich property known for excellence, while contributing to a culture that values people, service, and innovation. Key Responsibilities Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategy, workforce planning, and change management initiatives. Review, update, and maintain HR policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance and best practices. Monitor and report on key HR metrics including turnover, absenteeism, and engagement indicators. Conduct exit interviews and support our employer brand through recruitment platforms. Advise and support managers on HR policies, employee relations, and performance management practices. Support recruitment efforts by assisting with job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews. Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of employee records and HR systems. What we are Looking For CIPD membership is desired. Prior experience in a similar HR or People & Culture role. Strong understanding of Irish employment law and HR best practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism. Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail. What's in it for you?
